Both. Facility managers and operations teams use the full dashboard to register assets, track moves, and manage workflows. Employees can use the Furnify mobile app to scan items, report damage, or request furniture, without needing access to the admin environment.

Yes. Furnify supports supplier and dealer access with role-based permissions, so external parties can view relevant inventory, submit delivery confirmations, or update asset records without seeing sensitive organisational data.

Furnify is designed for furniture as its primary focus, but you can track any physical workplace asset, from AV equipment and plants to lockers and reception desks. If it can carry a tag, it can be managed in Furnify.

Yes. Furnify accepts imports from Excel and CSV files. You map your columns to our fields, and we validate the data before it goes live. Our onboarding team can assist with data cleaning if your existing records are incomplete or inconsistent.

No. You can register assets in the system without a physical tag and add tags progressively. Many customers start by importing their inventory digitally and then apply tags room by room during normal operations or a planned audit.

Yes. QR tags are included or available to order through Furnify. They are durable, tamper-evident, and pre-sized for furniture. RFID tags can also be supplied or connected if you already have RFID readers in place.

No. The Furnify mobile app runs on any modern smartphone. Your team uses it to scan tags, record moves, and report issues. No dedicated scanners, printers, or on-premise servers are required.

Yes. After scanning an item, any user with app access can submit a damage report with a photo and description. Facility teams receive an instant notification and can create a maintenance or replacement task directly from the dashboard. Furniture requests follow the same flow.

Yes. Every move is recorded with the origin location, destination, timestamp, and the name of the person who performed it. The full movement history is visible on each item's profile. This makes periodic audits significantly faster because the system already knows where everything should be.

Pricing is primarily based on the number of registered assets. Locations and standard users are included. Certain advanced features, such as custom integrations, dedicated support, or high-volume RFID scanning, are available on higher tiers. We keep it simple so there are no surprises.

QR tags are included in starter packages up to a set quantity, with additional tags available at cost. RFID tags and hardware are priced separately, as requirements vary significantly by site and use case.

There is no strict minimum. Furnify works well for organisations managing a few hundred assets in a single office, and equally for portfolios of tens of thousands of items across multiple countries. We will recommend the right tier during our intake conversation.
